I have enough of organizations like RSI (Regime Social des Independents)  

I have enough of RSI that does not work as it should. What else do we have to do not to have incompetent people dealing with US independent workers!

Is not enough to wright, use lawyers to defend/help us; after all the lawyers are independent as we are; or to contest on the streets; we need to have a strategy action to change the RSI and other government organizations not only to be heard but to have competence results from government organisations that does not work and is a virus of our society. Please note that I am not talking only about this last government! For more than 20 years FRANCE has been governed by the mentality of the right politicians .It did not work than and it is not working now! I feel that has become a rite of our politicians.  

That is why I have decided to create SAISI NEWS blog! After all, it was us who voted for the governments we have had so far. Did we made a mistake or we have just been misled even now?

If you don’t pay what you have to at the date that the RSI tells you; you get a computerised letter automatically from them that is not even signed!

Here is an example:

  

At this time, in November 2013 I had realised that I had paid them 618€ in excess for 2012. So, I did not owned them anything! And ofcorse, I claimed this money and that is why I did not pay the 111, 58€ that they were claiming from me. But it took them three months to sort the problem out.

Madame, Monsieur,

J’accuse réception de la relance de vos services du 20/01/2014.

Vous trouverez ci-joint photocopie de la lettre recommandée avec avis de réception adressée le 21/01 et réceptionnée le 23/01 vous signifiant un trop versé de 618 € pour l’année 2012.

De plus compte tenu de mon chiffre d’affaires 2013, et par la même de mes revenus, les cotisations appelées pour 2013 sur une base forfaitaire sont supérieures à celles que je devrais réellement après régularisation.

Mon expert comptable est en train de dresser le bilan et fera la déclaration de revenus 2013 sous peu auprès de vos services.

Rencontrant des difficultés passagères de trésorerie, vous voudrez bien cesser vos relances et recouvrement forcé pour un delta de 111,58€ dans l’attente des régularisations à intervenir et compte tenu du trop versé de 2012.

They have paid me the 618€ 15 months later. So, it means that they have used my money for their benefits and interests; they did not even excuse themselves nor paid me interests on it! Great don’t you think?

Let’s say that you have sent them the payment in time, but, they have not resisted in their computers in good time, that means that you will receive another computerised letter! This time is a threatening one and not signed either.
