INDUSTRIAL ARBITRATION COURT

If justice would work on our courts I would be a happy person! Unfortunately, in France, is not the case at present.

Please do not take me wrong when I say this!

I am a very positive person and all I won’t is that every person will have justice for the injustice created by others. But this cannot happen at present, hardly nothing works as it should at present in France. We have become too computerised, and we expect the machines to do what we have and should do! I know that it’s said but that is reality; and I think you agree with me.

In 2012 I had the opportunity to create my own business but unfortunately I had a myocardial infarction in 2014 and, two operations later 4 Stent’s asset’s promoted elements 3.5x24mm. This kept me a life and I am grateful for it… my second chance in this world! I always have been a fighter for my life my rights and the rights of all mankind.

That is why I share with you not only part of my experiences in life but as well as the truth of reality of life on my blog. Almost at the end of 2012 between my only annual worker and me and by mutual agreement we decided to end the contract of work which connect us; concerning the financial difficulties that the business was suffering concerning not only the world financial crisis but, as well as the enormous social taxes “French” charges.

After almost 11 months in 2013 she decided to take me to the industrial arbitration courts for not receiving a copy for the (end of contract of work)?!!!.......

This thus not shock me! What it shocks me is that the industrial arbitration courts accepted her complaint after 11 months and as well for the fact that she has been benefiting from government benefits since her end of contract; for more than 11 months! How can a court accept a

complaint like this one? Easy, when a worker does not pay to make a court case, why not! BUT, who is paying for all these types of injustices? The society of course! And who is the society? WE ARE so it means that the government throws money away that could be better used! Don’t you think?
