FERIA 2015

This Feria 2015 went quite well. Not so many incidents like before but not as good as other Ferias in the past.

This year there was less concerts to start with, and, although Patrick Sébastien performed on the biggest concert “the king of the party” as Midi Libre the local newspaper writes about him as Christophe Burte describes him, did not bring more visitors to the city!  Already, last year, the tone had been given with a decreasing atmosphere.

Normally, there was one concert every day four days of five of the Feria at the Place of Madeleine. This year there was only one concert at the Madeleine and, with artists like David Costa Coelho and Smoky Joe Combo did not attract many people!

So, when Robert Ménard the mayor of the city says that this year they had given more authorisations to the storekeepers, so that there was more terraces and that the party was everywhere in the city and not only around the bullring; this is true! But, having only one concert at the Place of Madeleine, the storekeepers on this side of the city made less profits than last year.

The beginning of the film is at the Market and just after is the Place of Madeleine the rest of the film is in the centre of the city.
