IMPORTANT TO KNOW

Concerning certain sites like net-achat.com, web-vers.com, fute-net.com and I’m sure there is many more that belongs to the same society or they are part of it directly or not or even worse, there is I’m sure organisations like these in internet that do the same in many countries and they play with the law! All I am trying to say is that these three mentioned companies, “organisations” are playing with the actual laws in Europe! For example; to have an extract of a society in France you can get it in internet what we call a (Principal registration to the register of business (trade) and companies (societies).

You will see that the price concerning net-achat.com, web-vers.com, fute-net.com are not the same price as the three others that you can consult immediately if you click on it. The French sites cost double, or almost double the price for the same thing! Although, the net-achat.com, web-vers.com, fute-net.com sites are allowed to (“sell” these type of products or services) for much less! I asked myself how this can be. For my surprised understanding is in fact that; each country in Europe has its laws and regulations, and, I think that all countries in the world follow the same rules and regulations concerning their own status of democracy or not!

So, how can this be? Simple! In Europe or maybe in the world, this I do not affirm but, for my understanding, it is possible!

Between the countries in Europe, as you know, we are so called (united), and laws are discussed like many other subjects, that allows the flow of businesses to be able to progress and invest, etc. in between Europe. But these “laws and other subjects”, I feel that are not quite explicit!  And that is why FRAUD can be done quite simply and (legally). 

These three site net-achat.com, web-vers.com, fute-net.com for example are declared in Holland; but, what I do not know is, if they are a Holland company in Holland! Maybe they are only resisted in Holland for TAX purposes but they are a French company? This is the question! And if this is the case or not, the situation of my reader does not change! She was rip off for 240€ for the information that she sent me so far since august 2014. And, since I’m in France, I’m putting a legal claim for fraud against net-achat.com, web-vers.com, and fute-net.com. For this reader, and, all other readers, I will do as much as I can within my power to fight fraud, injustices, and to sort out as many situations as possible concerning these matters. 

What my reader bought from one of these sites, to be precise, web-vers.com cost her 1€46 on the 4^th august 2014 at 09:53:03 to be precise. However, what she did not know is that: in accepting the general conditions of this (society) which is the only box to tic or you cannot get from this organisation what you want to buy; she accepted 25 Article witch are not quite clear; and therefore she accepted according to “them” to be charged in the form of monthly subscription, without commitment , to be charged 40€ renewal every two months taken in two steps: 39€ for the first time and 1€ for the second; this plan of invoicing is then repeated. However, according to the prof I have is not quit rite at all. Sometimes she was charged 1€, and at other times, 19€, 99€ and so goes on… In return of this regulation, the customer will receive one or various e-magazines every month by email or on a customer dedicated space. (What does this mean…? I am not sure!) This offer is an offer " satisfied or your money back ", Paid off at any time since there Web site - vers.com or by telephone at 0170702463 but you can call a free N° 0800945902; and the very best is that Stephany answers you, and on their site is also Stephany! She is a very busy bee and the very, very best is that she answers you from Algeria. Wahoo, I am speechless!
I understand that it is much cheaper to have an operator system in Africa. But, concerning the terrorist attacks in France, Europe; where these countries have access to all our personal information, it gives me goose pimples. Are we unconsciously giving information to the enemy?

The thing is that my reader does not have or ever had internet or a fixed phone at home, and, her mobile phone reminds me of a sort of thing invented by Frankenstein and the person that help her at the time to buy what she wanted in internet is the one being at fault, and maybe be accused of fraud! Great don’t you think!
