At the audience and before
my turn, I had the opportunity to observe and listen to other court cases. To
my astonishment, 90% of the cases concerned the RSI. This proves that the RSI
is incompetent in all terms of the word!
I now understand why the
courts take so long to deal with cases. It is unacceptable that one government
organisation takes 90% of time consuming of the courts. Not forgetting that is
not only time consuming but as well money of the contributors lost!
At times, I thought that
the judge was going to freak-out. I must admit that it is impressive to be in
front of a judge for the first time and to explain your case in about five to
ten minutes! On top of it when you have next to you the lawyer of the other side
that’s trying to incriminate you.
There was another case
like mine before me and the judge decided not to give his sentence straight
away. So, I have to wait until beginning of February.
Nothing is lost or won
yet! In 2013 there was a case exactly like mine and the RSI lost the case due
to the fact that; the person had a long duration illness like I have, and so I
hope that the judge decision will be in my favour!
