SHADOW IN MOON LIGHT FRIENDS FOR EVER?

The newspaper (Midi Libre) and the mayor of Beziers (Robert Ménard) do not speak the same language. Two brothers that hate eash other… because they are not in the same wave of length! Mr. Ménard was and or is a reporter before becoming mayor of this city.

He is criticized quite often and most of times are not a good image for the city of Beziers. However, he makes sure that as much as possible the Media speaks about him or better even of the city he is mayor off!

  

Great! In 2014 Robert Ménard got 14867 votes (46, 98%) but, let’s not forget that there was 14925 abstention votes (31, 49%).

On the other end, Elie ABOUD got 10957 votes (34, 62%) and Jean-Michel DU PLAA got 5817 votes (18, 38%).

OK, Robert got the post of mayor! His promises were supported and partly financed by FN (Fond National); although he is not (FN) “so he affirms”;

• Fighting insecurity

• Lowering taxes

• Fighting against the "ghetto neighborhoods"

• Revitalizing downtown

• Ensure cleanliness of our streets

• Relaunching the economy and increase employment

Insecurity as a central theme of his campaign

Fitting the insecurity he has succeed to do so, but, in our days is mainly during day time. On an interview at EXPRESS magazine on the 27^th of November 2013 N°3256 he also stats: “I know women who no longer go out after 9PM at (Paul Riquet) the hart of center of Beziers where there are only men, mostly North Africans”.

He has also created a new guard like police during the day; but, he has not succeeded to do the same during knight time. Meaning, after 19h00 there is no more protection either then the police itself!

The cleaners in schools are revolted.

Because there working hours will change. They will start working at 17h30 to 20h30 instead of 17h to 20h. The reason given: the after school ends at 18h; false excuse because the premises are not occupied. Also, the buses do not run after 20h.

Those responsible for this decision have no humanity! They have absolutely no thought of family life; all those moms who see little of their children; to those who legitimately want to go home earlier; about the safety it was not even invoked!

While all the unions refused this change the administration has imposed these absurd hours.

It is not the role of Chief demotivate staff. Is it a strategy to force staff to resign!

The employer; Mr. Mayor had asked at a previous meeting to make efforts. All cleaning officers are required to also maintain the position of absent colleagues they did without complaint at the spot Mr. Menard was poorly chosen his elect Mr. Arda showed indifference and incorrectness in the meeting without taking word too busy to check his mobile!

Mr. Herail, him, wanted to win thanks to his loud voice in vain!
Mrs. Frey advocated teamwork between teachers and maintenance staff that is impossible!

A memo was enough so that this meeting becomes a real invoice for the municipality since about 150 officers moved for nothing because they were not heard!

It should put the record straight in this service manager service personnel in schools and dust become a breeze!

Concerning lowing taxes he made a small effort I must admit! But concerning the streets, there were clean…the rest, I am waiting to see!

However, Mr. Ménard got my vote, but has to come out of his ancient communist archaic political philosophy and feel reality in his veins to ensure the population of a small city as Beziers!
