NEW FRAUD IN THE NET

After my investigation these mails come from Ivory Coast

This person (s) have now changed tactic. Now they want you to have their heritage… they use different names like: Mr Sebastian Charlier or Mr Henri Montels etc. And they are suffering from a brain tumor in terminal faze.

The first mail they send you may start like: “Hello, Where are you now?
Please please contact me only by email so I can speak of an ultra-confidential matter or; hello sir, I offer my sincere apologies if my mail does not meet your personal ethics, but I would like you with a listening ear. It is true that I do not physically know you and you do not know me but I also believe that God knows you and that everything that happens in our life is determined by our destiny.”

The mails will be written like this:

“Hello sir,

I offer my sincere apologies if my mail does not meet your personal ethics, but I would find you with a listening ear.
It is true that I do not physically know you and you do not know me but I also believe that God knows you and that everything that happens in our life is determined by our destiny.
I am indeed Mr. Sébastien Charlier and I am under medical supervision for more than three months, because I suffer from a brain tumor terminal.

I have tears in my eyes as I write this letter because my condition is deteriorating, my last medical report confirmed that I have little time to live and also my doctor just informed me that my days are numbered but the God's will must prevail.
I have a large sum that I want to put at your disposal so you can create works of good will.

If you answer you get a second mail and as you can see they write quite well and they are quite convincing…

“Hello sir,

I received your mail and I send you my sincere thanks for your availability and the speed with which you have responded positively to my care.

Have no fear because before contacting you I prayed for several days and nights that the Lord grants me the contact of a serious person, trustworthy to whom I could entrust the management and implementation of this important surgery.
I also commend the eternal because it has answered my prayer in your favor, but I sometimes wonder, is it absolutely necessary to give a reason? First of all, it means to give? What is the meaning of the gift?

And all hover sudden he dies so you presume because you get a mail very professionally written from a lawyer which they change names quite often and mail addresses. And, that’s when they pass to action. So they hope!

“To your attention,

We send you this present to confirm that you are the legal testamentary beneficiary of the deed of gift estimated One Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Euros that our client Mr. Sébastien Charlier dying of a brain tumor has decided to undertake in oversight of our legal firm.

Please please confirm your approval and your ability to receive this funding to enable the start of the legal part of the procedure by confirming us your following details: Name, First Name, Home Address, Landline, Mobile, Occupation, Age, Country, Location Matrimonial and a scanned copy of your National Identity Card or Passport to your administrative needs of the procedure.

Pending this information to establish the various legal documents related to the completion of this transaction, Mr. receive the expression of our highest consideration.
