WITHHOLDING TAXE

The expert of tax at Taxpayers Associates reiterated the opposition of Taxpayers Associates to withholding of income tax in the show "In search of meaning" Radio Notre Dame on April 4th, 2016.

Answering the question "Whose tax at the source it simplifies life?", Olivier Bertaux discussed with Frédéric Durand-Bazin, magazine editor of The Individual and Pierre Gourdain, CEO of Flixbus.

Olivier Bertaux warned that the withholding of income tax is the "first step towards the disappearance of the tax household, and the end of the conjugalization tax." He also worried about the impact of the withholding tax on donations to associations.

"The measure has only one objective: to get back as soon as possible the tax.  "Afraid of numerous disputes, Olivier Bertaux think with a set up in 2017, that the withholding tax will be a poisoned chalice for the future executive in 2017.
