HOW MUCH DOES IT COST A PRIME MINISTAR?

There are 12 former prime ministers still alive. France continued to decline and the French to become impoverished when they were in office. However, each one of them enjoys a close guard until the end of his days: company car, driver, assistant, and police protection are offered to them by your taxes.
They cost us a fortune in only four and a half years, France counted 74 ministers, 5 governments, 3 prime ministers...

Manuel Valls resigned from his position in Matignon in order to participate in the primary of the left. He left his chair to Bernard Cazeneuve, former Minister of the Interior.
The movers are busy, but the privileges - they - do not leave! This departure is not free for taxpayers.

The reshuffle of February 11, 2016 cost nearly 250,000 euros, for the only removal expenses.

A prime minister in office is paid € 14,910 per month: five times the average salary of the French. There are 12 former prime ministers still alive.

The amount of expenditure granted to former prime ministers reached € 2.9 million between 2011 and 2014. € 2.9 million, to which should be added € 860,000 in security costs in 2014 alone.

After his visit to Matignon, Bernard Cazeneuve will continue to receive his "salary" for three months and will benefit from ad vitam aeternam privileges.
In addition to his title, which he will keep for life, the Prime Minister will also benefit from a close guard until the end of his days: company car, chauffeur, assistant, police protection are offered to him by your taxes.

Edith Cresson, was the ephemeral Prime Minister of Mitterrand, for 10 months and 18 days, between 1991 and 1992. Thanks to this fact, it also benefits from undue advantages paid by taxpayers. We spend 40,000 euros each year for its expenses.

The salaries and privileges of the three ex-presidents also cost a fortune

On the side of the Elysee too, the good soup is preserved for a long time. Our three former presidents cost us 9.6 million euros a year.

The treatments and privileges of Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, Jacques Chirac and Nicolas Sarkozy represent a fortune for taxpayers.
Certainly, a decree of October 4, 2016 has very slightly diminished their advantages ... But, only from 2022!

This decree is only a trompe l'oeil ... Hollande will benefit for life from three collaborators, a service agent and a furnished accommodation, not counting the policemen and gendarmes to watch over his nights. His receptions, his movements will be entirely taken care of by the taxpayers for him and one of his "collaborators".

A president or a minister should not have such privileges. We must put an end to these outdated powers which cost us a fortune.

While we are bathed in taxes, such benefits are unbearable.

Saisi!
