The family of Theo is at the heart of a financial
investigation for breach of trust and fraud. The questioning concerns a sum of
678 000 euros.
This is a matter which is embarrassing to the
authorities, up to the highest summit of the state. Theo's family, and Theo
himself, find themselves at the heart of a financial affair. According to our
information, an investigation was opened by the public prosecutor's office of
Bobigny (Seine-Saint-Denis) for "suspicion of abuse of trust and
fraud" last June, well before the alleged rape of the young man during the
Brutal arrest, on February 2, in Aulnay-sous-Bois.
This inquiry, entrusted to the Seine-Saint-Denis
departmental police department (SDPJ) obviously does not call into question the
alleged police brutality suffered by Theo.
Everything begins in 2015 by an inspection by the Labor Inspectorate of Ile-de-France concerning the association Aulnay Events whose president is Mickael Luhaka, one of Theo's brothers. The association would have received, between January 2014 and June 2016, 678 000 euros of state subsidy through contracts of accompanying employment, said contract helped.
