Maggy Biskupski, the President of the Angry Police Officer, has committed suicide

At the age of 36, the peacekeeper founded the association after the dramatic attack by Viry-Châtillon police officers.

She had become one of the emblematic figures of the discomfort and uneasiness of the police. Maggy Biskupski, who created in October 2016 the association Mobilization of angry policemen (MPC) after the Molotov cocktail attack of two police cars between Viry-Châtillon and the city of Grande-Borne in Grigny (Essonne), has killed herself.

The young 36-year-old peacekeeper committed suicide on Monday night with her service weapon at her home in Carrières-sous-Poissy (Yvelines). On the spot, a letter was found.

It was one of her colleagues who was worried about not hearing from her and who could the rescue. Firefighters immediately concluded that the prognosis was vital. But the young woman, who shot herself in the head, quickly succumbed to her injuries.

Employed at the Yvelines anti-crime brigade (BAC), the official was subject to a procedure conducted by the "police of the police" to be removed from her duty of reserve. One year after the tragedy of Viry, she had expressed herself in front of cameras during the tribute to her colleagues. In an interview given to the Parisian before his hearing by the IGPN, she explained that "nothing had changed after Viry-Châtillon" and that she did not regret her comments.

She was on the set of "Terrans Saturday" on C8 in September, when Yann Moix had said the police "chit in their pants". He later apologized.
