The Restos du cœur
obviously do not have the coast near the yellow Vests. On Facebook groups they
use to organize themselves, the protesters call in fact to boycott the show
Enfoirés, disappointed not to be supported by the various stars who participate.
It is true that the
collective did not comment on the Yellow Vests crisis.
For Michael Youn, who is
part of the troupe, it is up to everyone to defend or not the cause of yellow Vests.
"The Enfoirés are 50 individuals, each with their own way of thinking, who have been meeting every year for 30 years, to help those who do not have enough to eat, no more and no less. As a group, we were expressing ourselves on the current crisis, but personally, everyone is free to do so, "he wrote to his Instagram account last December.
He added that he was "obviously upset by the desperation of the yellow vests".

But now they point to
the "millionaires" who sing once a year for the poorest simply to
"redeem an image". Many call not to buy the CD Enfoirés this year and
not to watch the show on television Friday 8 on TF1.
A picture published on Eric Drouet's Facebook group on December 13th also created anger in the ranks of the Yellow Vests. Yellow vests, with bags full of food, were refused this generous donation by the association in Orleans, that's what they assured.
Officials assured that they could not accept the donation because they were unable to verify the traceability of the products. An explanation that was not understood by all members of the group.
