Francis Lalanne went to
the International Criminal Court on 11 June to lodge a complaint for
"crime against humanity" against the French President and his
Minister of the Interior. As the lawyer Sophia Albert-Salmeron explains, they
were the "order givers" during the Yellow Vests events.

on June 11 at the International Criminal Court (ICC) against Emmanuel Macron
and Christophe Castaner, informs the Facebook group "Vécu, the media of
the yellow vest".

The complainant in this
case is Francis Lalanne, a singer and Yellow Vest who, three months ago,
launched a petition on change.org to support proceedings against the President
and his Home Secretary, whom he accuses of "crimes against humanity."
At the time of writing this article, this petition has collected approximately
100,000 signatures.
When moving to The
Hague, Mr. Lalanne was accompanied by lawyers Sophia Albert-Salmeron and
Ghislain Mabanga. The latter is the authorized ICC attorney who will be in
charge of the case.
As explained by Ms.
Albert-Salmeron on the YouTube channel Audiovisual Créativ'Arts, Emmanuel
Macron and Christophe Castaner are the "contractors" who authorized
law enforcement to use weapons "listed as weapons of war "during
demonstrations of yellow vests. She cited the use of LBDs and de-encasement
grenades.
Sophia Albert-Salmeron said
the Presidents can not invoke immunity before the ICC.
