The moment you prove
them you right, and, as soon they are aware that you are going to take action
against them, they don’t like it and they start to make your life miserable
with letters and laws! On the 17th December I’ve received a letter
from them dated the 15th stating that they refused to pay me the daily
allowances of December. Due to the fact that I was not up to date of my
contributions. Article D.613-16 of the security social code.
At this time I started
to stress quite allot and I developed what we call depression. I felt more and
more a victim of our society and since I had not received any payment in
November, I started to panic as you can imagine! Although, I contested once
again there decision by writing to them on the 19th. Stating two decisions
from them dated on the same day the 15th of December.
The first decision was
about my notices of sick leave from the 6/11/2014 until 5/12/2014 on the 27/11 that
was more than 2 days after my notices of sick leave. I contested because my notices
of sick leave was sent to them the 7/11 but, because there services did not
found it I had to make a duplicate of it and recent it on the 27/11.
The second decision,
the refusal of taking in charge the notices of sick leave from the 6/12 to
24/12 on the grounds that I was not up to date with my contributions.
I have contested so,
because, on the 9th December 2014 they had sent me two letters. The
first one, stating that I how them 63€ concerning my contributions; and the second
one, stating that a regularization of contributions in my favour for the amount
of 136€.
As you can see I was up
to date and even creditor of their services of 136€ - 63€ = 73€.
Even though I have won
this battle, between time consuming, extra expenses, unnecessary stress and
everything else that goes with it; on the 23rd April 2015 I got
another letter from RSI clamming 303€ for my contributions of 2014.
If you are in a similar
situation, or just have problems with RSI, please don’t hesitate to drop me a
mail at saisinews@gmail.com you can wright
to me in all security in English, French or Portuguese.
THE UNION IS STRENGTH
