COURT CASE JANUARY
I am pleased to announce to
you that the court case for this matter will be in freshly 2016!
It took the court 8 months
to give me a date, yah; I’m happy! Let’s say that is better than one year…
To refresh your memory, the
RSI refused to pay my daily allowances of sick leave for the month of November
2014 due to the fact that “I did not respect the time delay,” that means
article D 613. 19 and D 613. 23 of the social security which Plan that: “A
waiting period of 3 or 7 days is applied from the date by the medical
observation”; at the time I did not sent letters to the RSI recommended
with acknowledgement of receipt, because they always received my letters with a
normal post stamp! But, since then,
I have the prof that I sent them every letter recommended with acknowledgement
of receipt; and this is one of my arguments! It will be one extra claim from me
for their incapacity of their departments and services. The prof speaks by
itself have a look.
At the time I had to write
to the president of the RSI and to the president of the TASS that signifies Tribunal
of Social Medical Affairs. Once again is one of doe’s organisation that work
for or with the other “government independent” organisations!
Saisi not yet!
