THE CITY HALL RECRUITS AND SANCTIONS Myriam Lamare

Myriam Lamare has indeed been employed and paid as assistant administrative for over 11 years without having worked a single day.

According to the Disciplinary Board, she never had office hours, hierarchy or specific functions at the city hall of sectors 13th and 14th, where she was assigned since November 2010.

The penalty fell last week and she is suspended for two years without pay from the city hall of Marseille for fictitious employment.

Before, and since April 2004, she was supposed to work at city hall headed by Jean-Claude Gaudin who hired her, but again no one has ever met her, "says a source at City Hall.

No lifetime ban. With this decision, the former boxing champion has avoided a more severe penalty, such as revocation.

The judges, who are civil servants felt that a lifetime ban from the civil service was too heavy decision for someone who was paid to do nothing for 11 years.

This same mayor of Marseilles who recruited her, and, after eleven years of fictitious employment, asked a penalty.

Should I laugh or cry!?
