Myriam Lamare has indeed
been employed and paid as assistant administrative for over 11 years
without having worked a single day.
According to the Disciplinary Board, she never
had office hours, hierarchy or specific functions at
the city hall of sectors 13th and 14th, where
she was assigned since November 2010.
The penalty fell last week
and she is suspended for two years without pay from the city hall of Marseille for fictitious employment.
Before, and since April 2004, she was supposed to work at city hall headed by Jean-Claude Gaudin who hired her,
but again no one has ever met her, "says a source at City Hall.
No lifetime ban. With this decision,
the former boxing champion has avoided a more severe
penalty, such as revocation.
The judges, who are civil servants felt that a lifetime ban from the
civil service was too heavy decision for
someone who was paid to do nothing for 11 years.
