THERE IS LESS ROTTEN ELECTED THAT WE THINK BUT MORE THAN WE KNOW

In Raiders of State (Max Milo Publishing, 19.50 euros), Philippe Pascot, former regional councilor PRG, often exposes the legal excesses, but always immoral, our political class. After the publication of Insider elected (Max Milo), a primer offenses politicians, former deputy Manuel Valls when he was mayor of Evry "shows and dismantles" the mechanical property oiled political system that often benefits the "rogue cops".

He denounces the exorbitant salaries, illegitimate tax exemptions, unproductive accumulations, calculates cozy retreats that accumulate, pointing the finger at the system agreed fictitious jobs ... Tenth best sellers on Amazon in France, where it is neck -to-toe with the last work of Nicolas Sarkozy, his book is a commercial success. His videos accumulate hundreds of thousands of views on the internet. But its author complains of being boycotted by the mainstream media. Interview.

Do you know why, that no major media (other Le Point) is not talking about your book?

Philippe Pascot: I do not know. A colleague journalists recently did a paper on the best-selling political books. But he did not say a word about State Raiders. Maybe because I'm not smart enough air. Recently, a journalist called me and told me that the book was great but he could not speak, for fear of "grill" with Manuel Valls in case he become president. My book is probably too disturbing, because it strikes truths about a system used by certain elected and whose "entourage" is sometimes dependent. In addition - Aggravating circumstances - I quote the names of all those who put their fingers in the jam regardless of gender or political affiliation ...

Nothing compromising on Manu (Manuel Valls), I knew him for nine years, just inconvenient truths. I am writing in detail that it is someone who asked everyone to tighten their belts, yet is at the same time, increased the salaries and bonuses to its entire staff (Interior and Matignon) of almost 12%, as explained by, among others, Media part. But beware, as I said in the State Raiders, I do not tap on the left or on the right, but on all parties. I demonstrate dismantled piece by piece and the well-oiled machine of a political system which shamelessly profit elected from all sides. I realize that I am a bit in a fight of David against Goliath, but in the end the story is David that wins, at least I hope!

I never say that elected officials are all rotten. This is still a big minority. But the more one approaches the top of the pyramid, the more they are rotten. There are less than they say, but more than you know! However, those who are virtuous are often complicit by their silence or their connivance vote blind. They promote a sense of impunity of other closing his eyes and reaching out to get some crumbs of power or benefits. Justice is guilty too. Judges do not always apply penalty 'complementary' ineligibility on offenses yet characterized as they could. They leave hypocritically voters (who are not always knowledgeable) decide to elimination through the ballot box to elect a condemnable and condemned. This helps to generate abstention.

Nobody realized that regional councilors were elected in December 2015 with 3.8% of votes. There were 40% of voters which must still remove the blank votes and invalid, or 2% in the low hypothesis. There was thus 38% of votes actually cast. To get past the first round, the regional councilor’s candidates had to collect at least 10% of the votes. But when you pass the first round, and you are between the first and seventh place, you are sure to be elected to second. So today in France, simply collect 3.8% of the vote (your brother, your mother and that which thou hast found to housing or a job ...) to be elected regional councilor! So we realize, in light of these numbers, if those elected are legally elected, they are definitely more representative of the people. And there is forbearance, the more it serves elected "rogue cops". When few people vote, and therefore there is very little difference between the voice of candidates, it is the patronage prevails.

To stop the gangrene of forbearance, we must introduce compulsory voting, during the week and on working time (Sunday in sunny weather is a bad idea). This is the only way to give real value to the white vote. Because today, voters do not move even for white vote. Last year, there was a pseudo-reform of the white vote all sold as a democratic breakthrough. In reality, they just separate the white votes and invalid votes in two columns instead of one. They are still not recognized by the percentage of voters. When a politician is elected with 50% or 60% of the vote, this is 50% of votes "cast" not counting the blank votes, null and abstentions.

But there are other issues equally important and annoying that I approach such as abuse of functional protection of elected officials. For example, I do not understand why in Rambouillet, residents have paid the debts of an elected sentenced to 20 000 suspended because of "mismanagement" of him at 13 million euros. The town hall who was not a civil party, it is the people who have paid their debt while paying tax counsel for the condemned elected! A kind of double jeopardy but without having done anything. Is it normal that a mayor, with virtually no control, could spend up to 2.5 million per year in legal fees? Functional protection of elected representatives must exist, but why on earth is it not a little more controlled? I know some warning launchers and or opponents side of Puteaux and Asnieres example that find themselves constantly and consistently (alone them, and without means) face a host of prominent lawyers and cascading trial. A single employee or small business owners can it afford equal justice today? Why almost no elected not reimburse legal costs incurred by the community when they are finally convicted? How can justice be serene about such practices?

Are not you trying to use the speech "anti-system" of the National Front?

To that I say that not to encourage extreme, we must be exemplary and transparent. The opacity strengthens abuse. I write it in the second volume of Insider elected forthcoming: more than 25% of deputies and senators alike have been in trouble with the law in cases of tax fraud, embezzlement, sexual assault, etc. The 150 elected officials who bought their apartment with IRFM (representative of mandate allowance charges) have not yet been sentenced. It is they who pass laws to delve into the bank accounts of those who touch the RSA (active solidarity income). Why do not they apply these rules to themselves? We cannot even make photocopies of their heritage in the prefecture. Recently, a company boss arrested Valls 200 meters of it. Policemen ganged him. Summoned to court, he had to pay 1100 euros fine, repair and legal fees. The teacher who mocked Valls evoking the "blancos" was sued.

Who were we kidding?!
