TODAYS CIVILISATION

Life between neighbors is not always easy. But Beauchamp, Val-d'Oise, the quarrel has ended squarely in blood.

The dispute took place Monday in a building of the floor Julius Caesar. A young tenant of 23, arrived in the residence for only a few months, was attacked by one of his neighbors, aged 56. At the root of his anger? A portal slamming too much!

The two men would not only come to blows, but the fifty year old also got hold of two hammers, with whom he then returned to hit his victim.

The young man, bleeding head, was hospitalized Monday in critical condition in Clichy-la-Garenne, Hauts-de-Seine. His days are not in danger today. The alleged assailant, he was placed in custody.
