Nearly two
years have passed
since the movement of "red caps", which
had symbolized that the French were fed up with the successive
tax increases.
However, it is too early
to say whether this is a
sustainable trend reversal.
The preservation of the social buffer
regained ground in 2015.
There is certainly a
trend that continues unabated over
the years. The satisfaction of users of public services. 69% is much
higher than the opinion that had the French. 38% have a
positive image. But these figures cover different realities.
The French
prefer the simplification
and reduction of administrative procedures.
But 71% prefer to cut public
spending.
In this
case, I suggest to cut down the salaries of the senators and all those that
work for the senate.
There is
1260 officials. Please note that I say officials. Each earn between 2,300€ and
20,000€ per month including cleaning people, gardeners and they work about 32
hours per week with a systematic knight prime even if they do not work – less 3
hours as they ask an official citizen to do so and without a systematic knight
prime. And, they have about four months per year of holidays!
A normal official
citizen working for example: in a school, or at the post office, etc.; they
have about 5 weeks per year and they do not get 2,300€ per month. The minimum
salary starts at 1,370€ and can go up to 5,000€ as an example for a Mayer.
The worse is
that the Court of Auditors have no right to control the money that
circulates in the senate. The Court of Auditors have no power between the
separation of the executive and legislative. However, we the citizens pay 300 million
euros per year for the SENATE, but, is in the total opacity! Because there is three quaestors; two of the right and one of
the left and therefor they are not obliged to justify themselves!?
And all of
this is legal!?
