BRITISH MUSLIM BRUTALLY MURDERED AFTER WISHING CHRISTIANS HAPPY EASTER ON FACE BOOK

Popular shopkeeper Asad Shah was stabbed and then had his head stamped on outside his shop in Minard Road, Glasgow around 9pm last night.

It came just hours after the 40-year-old posted a message on Facebook wishing "a very happy Easter to my beloved Christian nation".
Paramedics fought to save Mr Shah's life and the Pakistani-born man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he later died.
A 32-year-old man has today been arrested and charged with murder after the death of shopkeeper Mr Shah.
Police Scotland said the death is being treated as "religiously prejudiced" and confirmed the accused is also Muslim.
They said: "A full investigation is under way to establish the full circumstances surrounding the death which is being treated as religiously prejudiced."
The news of the well-loved's shopkeeper's death has shocked local residents who described him as a "pillar of the community".
Just hours before his death, the Muslim man had posted heartfelt messages to Christians online - along with wishing them a happy Easter.

He planned to host a Google hangout today with church-going friends about the significance of Good Friday.

In previous Facebook posts, Mr Shah urged people to reject violence and hatred in favour of "unconditional real love for all mankind".
In the last post before his death, he wrote: "Good Friday and a very Happy Easter, especially to my beloved Christian nation."
A silent vigil is to be held by the police cordon tonight, asking people to turn up with a daffodil to remember Mr Shah, who was a member of a political debate club.

Forensic officers have placed a white tent outside his shop and another white tent has been placed some metres down the road as police continue their investigation into his murder.
