Greek
Parliament approved
budget for 2016 focused
on savings.
The Greek parliament approved today the State Budget
for 2016, the first designed
by the Government of Alexis Tsipras,
the document focused on savings, worsening of
taxes and expenditure cuts,
especially on pensions.
The
proposal, which takes
into account the third rescue,
was only approved with the votes of the ruling coalition, formed by Syriza (left) and the
nationalist Independent Greeks (right), which was rejected by all opposition.
Speaking in parliament, Tsipras
said the budget prioritizes
social justice and sets the foundation for a return to economic growth, and ahead now "redistribution of

Wealth, do you saisi?
