The new
President was clear with the Portuguese: with him in Belém, pure Policy and hard turn
to be the center of relations between
the Head of State and the shift Executive.
From now on, not just the prime minister parroting intentions: the new President
will hold all accountable.
The new President of the Republic was a brilliant law student, comes from
a variety of political and reaches Belém in
its own right, after winning the
Presidential expressively and
the first round.
A few
decades later, in the
same school - the
Faculty of Law, University of
Lisbon - Antonio Costa was a mediocre student. From an early age he wanted to devote himself to politics. Failed. He walked wrapped
in sordid little
policy which some call politicking. And it came to the twenty-first Government
of the country after losing the elections and through a pact with the Devil (figuratively,
of course) to negotiate support with PCP, BE, ENP
and even rookie PAN
that aligns with this
ragged and incoherent majority.
The new president, once
elected, he began to gather on a
weekly basis with Antonio Costa. At the exit of
these meetings, the alleged prime minister expressed his annoyance clearly visible.
The last President
Cavaco Silva
has always been an institutionalist
and was an extraordinary professor of economics, with Marcelo conversation is quite different. Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa
was deputy constituent
and the system was designed as semi-presidential.
The new President will be
in the decisions of the
Government.
Good or Bad!
