REMOVING THE RIGHTS HOLDER STATUS OF AN INSURED PERSON – A NEW ATTACK AGAINST THE FRENCH FAMILIES?

Discreetly, the government is to suppress the rights holder status of an insured person to replace the beneficiary of "universal protection disease."!

Concretely, this means extending the principle of the CMU to all those who until now enjoyed the social security as a trustee.

Thus, the spouse who does not work and was entitled under the Social Security number of the one who works, will now personally affiliated to the Social Security, with its own number, the name of that universal health protection. Besides the fact that this is an additional step to the explosion of the family unit, the downside of the reform is that it is accompanied, of course, the creation of a new fee ...

Indeed, while the spouse entitled enjoyed hitherto free of social security, it will now be subject to a fee of 8% if it receives no professional income (rents, royalties, dividends ...) amounting greater than about 9,650€ per year.
Thus, the housewife who rents button under his own property, but also in respect of her husband's property if they are in a community scheme, now pay a fee of 8% on the share of income that exceeds  9,650€ supposedly to finance his social security.

This is somewhat unfair because, remember, the same income from assets have suffered 15.5% social contributions specifically to finance our welfare system!

It is therefore nothing less than the creation of a new contribution of 8% without any additional rights and without any compensation, which is mainly aimed at families, especially those who choose to have children and it decided to enhance the role of housewife.
